Бульонный

Такой разгрузочный день относится к питьевым. Употреблять можно только бульоны – мясные и овощные с минимальным количеством соли. При варке в бульон не следует добавлять специи и лук, так как они способны разжечь аппетит. Выходить из бульонного разгрузочного дня следует аккуратно - первый день завтрак и ужин сделать питьевым, на второй – выпить бульон вечером, на третий – перейти на обычный режим питания. Устраивать бульонный разгрузочный день можно еженедельно.

Морковный

Проводится такая разгрузка не чаще одного раза в месяц. Свежую морковь среднего размера следует почистить, хорошо помыть и натереть на мелкую терку. В полученную массу можно добавить немного меда или несколько капелек сока лимона. Количество приемов пищи – 5, вода – в любом количестве.

Мясной

Пожалуй, самый простой и самый «вкусный» разгрузочный день – мясной. Нежирное мясо отваривается и съедается одинаковыми порциями в течение дня. Понадобится 450гр мяса, дополнить рацион можно отваром шиповника (2 стакана) и несладким чаем – 2-3 чашки.

После разгрузочного дня нельзя сразу наедаться, переедать, необходимо придерживаться меры и отдавать предпочтение полезным натуральным продуктам.
